My international human resources experience, cultural awareness, and passion for human growth and development form the basis of my service as a global coach.

I am located in Belgium and I conduct sessions via Zoom worldwide thus there is no limitation of scope and no travel costs involved.

Fostering relations of trust while empowering others with vision and positive energy, as well as supporting them in their own growth are my driving forces. As a result, I have been able in my 25 years of professional experience to enable development of individuals in multiple countries, create value, advance HR initiatives, and improve processes in always changing international environments. I strongly believe that people are the most valuable and important asset in any organization and that identifying talents, supporting, developing, coaching, retaining and empowering them is key!

I am an HR professional, ICF certified and MMS trained Coach, with extensive experience in coaching individuals, talent management, cross-border, multicultural teams’ leadership, strategic business partnering and advising to senior management.

Straight after finishing my MSc in Business Administration in 1996 I joined HeidelbergCement Group, a 60000 employees, global and geographically dispersed organization, where I worked for 23 years. As HR Director of various geographical regions (Europe, Africa and Middle East) and global trade, I worked directly for 3 different CEOs and acted as senior business partner and coach for top managers in various countries.

Supporting leaders in identifying, coaching and developing their talent pools to meet business needs and objectives was part of my responsibilities. After 23 years of work in corporate, in 2021 I joined ACG International, a management consultancy firm operating globally, and as the Global HR Director I provide HR consultancy to our external clients. I am especially passionate about fulfilling coaching needs for executives.

While being responsible for multiple countries/geographical regions, I lived in 4 different countries and extensively travelled around the globe to assist our local management & workforce. Being an expatriate for over 25 years and having always worked in a multinational environment, I gained extensive experience with individuals from diverse personal and professional background and cross-cultural environments.

I speak Fluent English, am bilingual in Polish and French, have good knowledge of German and basis of Czech and Russian.
